End User Licence Agreement
Last updated: July 2026
This End User Licence Agreement ("EULA") is an addendum to, and forms part of, our Terms & Conditions. It governs your use of software provided by Seismic DSP, a trading name of Awesome Shiny Things("we", "us"). By installing or using the software you agree to it.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the software on up to five machines per licence key, for your own use. The licence is a right to use the software; it does not transfer ownership.
Restrictions
- Do not share, resell, sublicense, publish, or distribute the software or your keys.
- Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works, except where the law expressly permits it.
- Do not circumvent, disable, or tamper with the licensing or activation.
- Do not use the software unlawfully.
Ownership
The software and all intellectual property in it remain owned by us and our licensors. You receive only the licence described above.
Activation
The software activates against our servers and stores a licence token on your machine. Activation sends a machine fingerprint (a salted, one-way hash) so we can count activations against your licence. See our Privacy Policy.
Updates
Updates we make available are provided under this same EULA.
No warranty
The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Our liability is limited as set out in the Terms & Conditions.
Tampering and termination
If you tamper with, crack, or circumvent the software or its licensing, or otherwise breach this EULA, your licence terminates immediately, and we accept no responsibility for any consequences. On termination you must stop using and remove the software.
Governing law
This EULA is governed by the law of Scotland.
